Easily one of the most revered modern classics, the Penicillin is a spicy sipper perfect for a wintry day. With Johnnie Walker as the base, the addition of ginger liqueur, honey syrup, lemon juice, and a few dashes of aromatic bitters brings a balance of bright and tart flavors. Served on the rocks with a slice of candied ginger, this warming cocktail shines equally as an aperitif or an after-dinner palate cleanser. This recipe is sponsored by Johnnie Walker.
