Character design made for the weekly CHOW (character of the week) at www.conceptart.org. The theme was 'Boogeyman'. He was to be depicted as a child's fears, and so I chose a circus ringmaster. In general, a circus is something children think is fun and nice, and so it becomes creepy if tweaked on. At first this guy looks like your average circus ringmaster, but when you look closer, you realize something is very wrong...
