Thank you to Prof. Amith Shetty for providing his update on eHealth NSW in front of a packed audience at Adobe’s offices on Wednesday 13 November. We heard what the Department’s key priorities are, such as SDPRIA – Delivery partnership, critical infrastructure and cybersecurity risks, integration and interoperability, cloud transformation, statewide ICT operating model and financial sustainability. The presentation included insights into NSW’s Single Front Door initiative, AI in Healthcare, and the AI sepsis tool. Great to see so many AIIA members and guests participate in an engaging Q&A session. These events wouldn’t be possible without the support of our sponsors. Thank you to Adobe providing world class facilities and Telstra as our Gold Sponsor. #AIIA #ICT #nswhealth

AIIA CEO Simon Bush recently joined a distinguished panel with Australian Cyber Network Chair Jason Murrell, Norton Rose Fulbright Partner & Head of Cyber Security, Annie Haggar, AUCloud Head of Government Relations Samantha Maher, and AUCloud Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Rafe Berding to discuss the latest developments in cybersecurity and data resilience across government and corporate Australia. Simon shared valuable insights from AIIA’s 2024 US delegation, where critical US departments and agencies are progressing rapidly in their adoption of AI, alongside their strategic approach to cloud implementation and zero-trust frameworks as well as AIIA's positive role in shaping the new cyber legislation before parliament. This exchange highlighted the importance of reinforcing Australia’s own cybersecurity readiness to keep our organisations resilient and internationally competitive. We thank AUCloud | AUCyber for this tremendous event. #AIIA #CyberSecurity #DataResilience #DigitalTransformation #AI #ZeroTru
