Tiger lilies have always reminded me of my Mom. While I was growing up, she had a beautiful plant growing on the side of our house. The lily would bloom profusely during the summer, and I enjoyed watching it show it's beautiful colors. Being young, however, I always wondered why it was called a "Tiger" Lily. It was a gorgeous orange color and that made perfect sense to me, but the flower had spots.... not stripes! LOL Which flower reminds you of your mother?
