While the Fukushima-Daiichi was designed and constructed the maximal tsunami height estimate was about 3 m based on analysis of statistical data including Chile earthquake in 1960. The NPP project industrial site height was 10 m. The further deterministic estimates TPCO-JSCE confirmed the impossibility of the industrial site flooding by a tsunami and therefore confirmed ecological safety of the NPP. However, as a result of beyond design earthquake of 11 March 2011 the tsunami height at the shore near the Fukushima-Daiichi NPP reached 15 m. This led to flooding and severe emergencies having catastrophic environmental consequences. This paper proposes hydrodynamic model of tsunami emerging and traveling based on conservative assumptions. The possibility of a tsunami wave reaching 15 m height at the Fukushima-Daiichi NPP shore was confirmed for deduced hydrodynamic resistance coefficient of 1.8. According to the model developed a possibility of flooding is determined not only by the industrial site height, magnitude and distance to the earthquake epicenter, but also by duration of seismic impacts, power dissipation conditions, epicenter size and other conditions.

Comparative analysis of different pairs of atmospheric PM element concentration data sets, measured in different regions of the Earth, revealed a stable linear (on a logarithmic scale) correlation, showing a power law increase of every atmospheric PM element mass and simultaneously the cause of this increase - fractal nature of atmospheric PM genesis. Within the framework of multifractal geometry we show that the mass (volume) distribution of atmospheric PM elemental components is a log normal distribution, which on a logarithmic scale with respect to the random variable (elemental component mass) is identical to normal distribution. This means that the parameters of two-dimensional normal distribution with respect to corresponding atmospheric PM-multifractal elemental components measured in different regions, are a priory connected by equations of direct and inverse linear regression, and the experimental manifestation of this fact is the linear correlation between the concentrations of the same elemental components in different sets of experimental atmospheric PM data.

It is known that the so-called problem of solar power pacemaker related to possible existence of some hidden but key mechanism of energy influence of the Sun on fundamental geophysical processes is one of the principal and puzzling problems of modern climatology. The "tracks" of this mechanism have been shown up in different problems of solar-terrestrial physics for a long time and, in particular, in climatology, where the solar-climate variability is stably observed. However, the mechanisms by which small changes in the Sun's energy (solar irradiance or insolation) output during the solar cycle can cause change in the weather and climate are still unknown. We analyze possible causes of the solar-climate variability concentrating one's attention on the physical substantiation of strong correlation between the temporal variations of magnetic flux of the solar tachocline zone and the Earth magnetic field (Y-component). We propose an effective mechanism of solar dynamo-geodynamo connection which plays the role of the solar power pacemaker of the Earth global climate.

We give an alternative description of the data produced in the KamLAND experiment, assuming the existence of a natural nuclear reactor on the boundary of the liquid and solid phases of the Earth's core. Analyzing the uncertainty of antineutrino spectrum of georeactor origin, we show that the theoretical (which takes into account the soliton-like nuclear georeactor) total reactor antineutrino spectra describe with good accuracy the experimental KamLAND-data over the years of 2002-2007 and 2002-2009, respectively. At the same time the parameters of mixing (Δ(m21)^2=2.5\cdot 10^-5 eV^2, tan^2θ12=0.437) calculated within the framework of georeactor hypothesis substantially differ from the parameters of mixing (Δ(m21)^2=7.49\cdot 10^-5 eV^2, tan^2θ12=0.436) obtained in KamLAND-experiment for total exposure over the period of 2002-2009. By traingulation of KamLAND and Borexino data we have constructed the coordinate location of soliton-like nuclear georeactors on the boundary of the liquid and solid phases of the Earth core. Based on the necessary condition of full synchronization of geological (magnetic) time scale and time evolution of heat power of nuclear georeactor, which plays the role of energy source of the Earth magnetic field, and also the strong negative correlation between magnetic field of the solar tachocline zone and magnetic field of the Earth liquid core (Y-component) we have obtain the estimation of nuclear georeactor average heat power ~30 TW over the years 2002-2009.

To describe the formation of this structure we used the model of complex systems by A. Volynskii and S. Bazhenov. The key property of this model consists in the presence of a rigid coating on a soft substratum. It is shown that in subduction processes the role of a rigid coating plays the slab substance (lithosphere) and the upper mantle acts as a soft substratum. Within the framework of this model we have obtained the estimation of average values of stress in the upper mantle and Young's modulus for the oceanic slab (lithosphere) and upper mantle.

Based on theoretical and experimental consideration of the first (the Twomey effect) and second indirect aerosol effects the quasianalytic description of physical connection between the galactic cosmic rays intensity and the Earth's cloud cover is obtained. It is shown that the basic equation of the Earth's climate energy-balance model is described by the bifurcation equation (with respect to the temperature of the Earth's surface) in the form of assembly-type catastrophe with the two governing parameters defining the variations of insolation and Earth's magnetic field (or the galactic cosmic rays intensity in the atmosphere), respectively. The principle of hierarchical climatic models construction, which consists in the structural invariance of balance equations of these models evolving on different time scales, is described.

We have shown that the activation of a natural nuclear reactor operating as the solitary waves of nuclear burning in 238U- and/or 232Th-medium (in particular, the neutron- fission progressive wave of Feoktistov and/or Teller-Ishikawa-Wood) can be such a physical consequence. The simplified model of the kinetics of accumulation and burnup in U-Pu fuel cycle of Feoktistov is developed. The results of the numerical simulation of neutron-fission wave in two-phase UO2/Fe medium on a surface of the Earth's solid core are presented. The georeactor model of 3He origin and the 3He/4He-ratio distribution in the Earth's interior is offered. It is shown that the 3He/4He ratio distribution can be the natural quantitative criterion of georeactor thermal power. On the basis of O'Nions-Evensen-Hamilton geochemical model of mantle differentiation and the crust growth supplied by actinid shell on the boundary of liquid and solid phases of the Earth's core as a nuclear energy source (georeactor with power of 30 TW), the tentative estimation of geoantineutrino intensity and geoantineutrino spectrum on the Earth surface are given.

The energy-balance model of global climate, which is taking into account a nontrivial role of solar and galactic protons, is presented. The model is described by the equation of fold catastrophe relative to increment of temperature, where the variation of a solar insolation and cosmic rays are control parameters. It is shown that the bifurcation equation of the model describes one of two stable states of the climate system. The solution of this equation exhibits the property of the determined bistable behavior of climate at the global level and the possibility of appearance of the determined chaos of "the weathers" at the local levels. The results of the comparative analysis of the computer simulation of the time-dependent solution of energy-balance model of global climate and the oxygen isotope records for deep-sea core V28-238 over the past 730 kyr are presented, and the evolution of climate on 100 kyr forward is also predicted. It is shown that the proposed model successfully explains the nicety of the paleoclimatic records. The model is clear of all known difficulties of the Milankovich theory for the analysis and the interpretation of physical mechanism, by which the climate system responds to orbital forcing.
