One key contributing factor is its advanced end-to-end personalized short video playback technology, where we pioneered and developed the new technical field over the past five years to optimize user experience. This paper introduces the major concepts and methodologies of this personalized video playback technology that distinguish it from traditional multimedia technologies. Abstract: Studies are performed of the Cabibbo-favored decay $Λ_{c}^{+}\toΛK_{S}^{0}K^+$ and the singly Cabibbo-suppressed decay $Λ_{c}^{+}\toΛK_{S}^{0}π^+$, based on a sample of $e^{+}e^{-}$ collision data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 4.5 fb$^{-1}$, accumulated at center-of-mass energies between $4599.53$ MeV and $4698.82$ MeV with the BESIII detector. The decay… ▽ More Studies are performed of the Cabibbo-favored decay $Λ_{c}^{+}\toΛK_{S}^{0}K^+$ and the singly Cabibbo-suppressed decay $Λ_{c}^{+}\toΛK_{S}^{0}π^+$, based on a sample of $e^{+}e^{-}$ collision data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 4.5 fb$^{-1}$, accumulated at center-of-mass energies between $4599.53$ MeV and $4698.82$ MeV with the BESIII detector. The decay $Λ_{c}^{+}\toΛK_{S}^{0}π^+$ is observed for the first time. The branching fractions of $Λ_{c}^{+}\toΛK_{S}^{0}K^+$ and $Λ_{c}^{+}\toΛK_{S}^{0}π^+$ are measured to be $(3.04\pm0.30\pm0.16)\times 10^{-3}$ and $(1.73\pm0.27\pm0.10)\times 10^{-3}$, respectively, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second are systematic. These results correspond to the most precise measurement of these quantities for both decays. Evidence of a $K^{*+}$ contribution in the $Λ_{c}^{+}\toΛK_{S}^{0}π^+$ decay is found with a statistical significance of $4.7σ$. The $Λ_c^+$, being the lightest charmed baryon, undergoes disintegration solely through the charm quark weak decay. Its beta decay provides an ideal laboratory for investigating non-perturbative effects in quantum chromodynamics and for constraining the fundamental parameters of the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix in weak interaction theory. This article presents the first observation of the Cabibbo-suppressed $Λ_c^+$ beta decay into a neutron $Λ_c^+ \rightarrow n e^+ ν_{e}$, based on $4.5~\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$ of electron-positron annihilation data collected with the BESIII detector in the energy region above the $Λ^+_c\barΛ^-_c$ threshold. A novel machine learning technique, leveraging Graph Neural Networks, has been utilized to effectively separate signals from dominant backgrounds, particularly $Λ_c^+ \rightarrow Λe^+ ν_{e}$. This approach has yielded a statistical significance of more than $10σ$. The absolute branching fraction of $Λ_c^+ \rightarrow n e^+ ν_{e}$ is measured to be $(3.57\pm0.34_{\mathrm{stat}}\pm0.14_{\mathrm{syst}})\times 10^{-3}$. For the first time, the CKM matrix element $\left|V_{cd}\right|$ is extracted via a charmed baryon decay to be $0.208\pm0.011_{\rm exp.}\pm0.007_{\rm LQCD}\pm0.001_{τ_{Λ_c^+}}$. This study provides a new probe to further understand fundamental interactions in the charmed baryon sector, and demonstrates the power of modern machine learning techniques in enhancing experimental capability in high energy physics research. △ Less

Abstract: Utilizing 4.5${~\rm{fb}}^{-1}$ of $e^+e^-$ annihilation data collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider at center-of-mass energies between 4.600 and 4.699 GeV, the first observation of the singly Cabibbo-suppressed decay $Λ_c^{+}\to pπ^0$ is presented, with a statistical significance of $5.4σ$. The processes $χ_{c1,2} \to \bar{p} Λ(1520) K^0_S π^{+} + c.c.$ are also observed, with statistical significances of 5.7$σ$ and 7.0$σ$, respectively. Evidence for $χ_{c0} \to\bar{p} Λ(1520) K^0_S π^{+} + c.c.$ is found with statistical significances of 3.3$σ$ each. The corresponding branching fractions are determined to be $\mathcal{B}(χ_{c0}\to \bar{p} Λ(1520) K^0_S π^{+} + c.c.) =(1.61^{+0.68}_{-0.64}\pm0.23)\times10^{-5}$, $\mathcal{B}(χ_{c1}\to \bar{p} Λ(1520) K^0_S π^{+} + c.c.)=(4.06^{+0.80}_{-0.76}\pm0.52)\times10^{-5}$, and $\mathcal{B}(χ_{c2}\to \bar{p} Λ(1520) K^0_S π^{+} + c.c.)=(4.09^{+0.87}_{-0.84}\pm0.42)\times10^{-5}$. Fluctuation-dissipation relation of test masses in classical stochastic gravitational wave background

This work, based on general relativity and stochastic dynamics theory, investigates the fluctuation-dissipation relat… ▽ More Research on pulsar timing arrays has provided preliminary evidence for the existence of a stochastic gravitational background, which, either being primordial or of astrophysical origin, will interact universally with matter distributions in our universe and affect their evolutions. This work, based on general relativity and stochastic dynamics theory, investigates the fluctuation-dissipation relation of isolated celestial bodies within a classical stochastic gravitational wave background. We employ the generalized Langevin model to analyze the fluctuating forces exerted on test masses by random spacetime and how energy dissipation occurs. Through the assumption of equilibrium, we derive the necessary conditions that should be satisfied by the stochastic gravitational wave background in the long wavelength limit, which, as we found, is a result of the back-reactions of the test mass system to the stochastic field. Additionally, as the establishment of the fluctuation-dissipation relation for such a system, certain thermodynamic quantities related to the statistical properties of the stochastic gravitational wave background could be defined and the characteristic of the diffusion process of test masses is obtained. △ Less

Abstract: Using $20.3\,\rm fb^{-1}$ of $e^+e^-$ collision data collected at the center-of-mass energy 3.773\,GeV with the BESIII detector, we report the first observation of the semileptonic decay $D^+\to η^\prime μ^+ν_μ$ with significance of $8.6σ$ including systematic uncertainties, and an improved measurement of $D^+\to η^\prime e^+ν_e$. The branching fractions of $D^+\to η^\prime μ^+ν_μ$ and… ▽ More Using $20.3\,\rm fb^{-1}$ of $e^+e^-$ collision data collected at the center-of-mass energy 3.773\,GeV with the BESIII detector, we report the first observation of the semileptonic decay $D^+\to η^\prime μ^+ν_μ$ with significance of $8.6σ$ including systematic uncertainties, and an improved measurement of $D^+\to η^\prime e^+ν_e$. The branching fractions of $D^+\to η^\prime μ^+ν_μ$ and $D^+\to η^\prime e^+ν_e$ are determined to be $(1.92\pm0.28_{\rm stat}\pm 0.08_{\rm syst})\times 10^{-4}$ and $(1.79\pm0.19_{\rm stat}\pm 0.07_{\rm syst})\times 10^{-4}$, respectively. From an analysis of the $D^+\to η^\prime \ell^+ν_\ell$ decay dynamics, the product of the hadronic form factor $f_+^{η^{\prime}}(0)$ and the CKM matrix element $|V_{cd}|$ is measured for the first time, giving $f^{η^\prime}_+(0)|V_{cd}| = (5.92\pm0.56_{\rm stat}\pm0.13_{\rm syst})\times 10^{-2}$. No evidence for violation of $μ-e$ lepton-flavor universality is found in both the full range and several bins of $\ell^+ν_\ell$ four-momentum transfer. To this end, by virtue of majorization lattice, the greedy and thrifty protocols are adapted for the probabilistic coherence transformation, of which the latter exhibits certain superiority in preserving coherence on average. Intuitively, it is found that the large coherence gain can be realized with the price of success probability loss for coherence transformation, and vice versa. Deterministic and probabilistic coherence transformations between two mixed states are explored. As an application, it is shown that the conversion from coherence into entanglement may benefit from probabilistic coherence transformation. △ Less

Precision Measurement of the Branching Fraction of $D^{+}\to μ^{+}ν_μ$

Interpreting our measurement with knowledge of the Fermi coupling constant $G_F$, the masses of the $D^+$ and $μ^+$ as well as the lifetime of the $D^+$, we determine $f_{D^+}|V_{cd}|=(47.53\pm0.48_{\rm stat}\pm0.24_{\rm syst}\pm0.12_{\rm input})~\mathrm{MeV}$. This result is a factor of 2.3 more precise than the previous best measurement. Using the value of the magnitude of the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix element $|V_{cd}|$ given by the global standard model fit, we obtain the $D^+$ decay constant $f_{D^+}=(211.5\pm2.3_{\rm stat}\pm1.1_{\rm syst}\pm0.8_{\rm input})$ MeV. Alternatively, using the value of $f_{D^+}$ from a precise lattice quantum chromodynamics calculation, we extract $|V_{cd}|=0.2242\pm0.0023_{\rm stat}\pm0.0011_{\rm syst}\pm0.0009_{\rm input}$. △ Less

Observation of an axial-vector state in the study of $ψ(3686) \to φηη'$ decay

Abstract: Using (2712.4 $\pm$ 14.3)$\times 10^{6}$ $ψ(3686)$ events collected with the BESIII detector at BEPCII, a partial wave analysis of the decay $ψ(3686) \to φηη' $ is performed with the covariant tensor approach. An axial-vector state with a mass near 2.3 $\rm GeV/c^2$ is observed for the first time. The product branching fractions of $\mathcal{B}(ψ(3686) \to X(2300) η') \mathcal{B}(X(2300)\to φη)$ and $\mathcal{B}(ψ(3686) \to X(2300) η)\mathcal{B}(X(2300)\to φη')$ are determined to be (4.8 $\pm 1.3_{\mathrm{stat}} \pm 0.7_{\mathrm{syst}})\times 10^{-6}$ and (2.2 $\pm 0.7_{\mathrm{stat}} \pm 0.7_{\mathrm{syst}})\times 10^{-6}$, respectively. The branching fraction $\mathcal{B}(ψ(3686) \to φηη')$ is measured for the first time to be (3.14$\pm0.17_{\mathrm{stat}}\pm0.24_{\mathrm{syst}})\times10^{-5}$. The important observable in gravitational lensing observations are calculated and discussed, including the gravitational deflection angle of light, time delay of light, precession angle of massive orbit's bound orbits, and black hole shadow radius. The results indicates that the Euler-Heisenberg black hole with a negative perfect fluid dark matter parameter ($λ_{\text{DM}} < 0$) could greatly intensify the gravitational deflection angle of light, time delay of light and precession angle of massive object's bound orbit, while the nonlinear electrodynamics effects do not have large influences on these gravitational lensing observables. ParallelSFL: A Novel Split Federated Learning Framework Tackling Heterogeneity Issues

In order to avoid the communication bottleneck on the parameter server (PS) and accelerate the training of large-scale models on resourceconstraint workers in edge computing (EC) system, we propose a novel split federated learning (SFL) framework, termed ParallelSFL. Concretely, we split an entire model into a bottom submodel and a top submodel, and divide participating workers into multiple clusters, each of which collaboratively performs the SFL training procedure and exchanges entire models with the PS. However, considering the statistical and system heterogeneity in edge systems, it is challenging to arrange suitable workers to specific clusters for efficient model training. To address these challenges, we carefully develop an effective clustering strategy by optimizing a utility function related to training efficiency and model accuracy. Specifically, ParallelSFL partitions workers into different clusters under the heterogeneity restrictions, thereby promoting model accuracy as well as training efficiency. Meanwhile, ParallelSFL assigns diverse and appropriate local updating frequencies for each cluster to further address system heterogeneity. Extensive experiments are conducted on a physical platform with 80 NVIDIA Jetson devices, and the experimental results show that ParallelSFL can reduce the traffic consumption by at least 21%, speed up the model training by at least 1.36x, and improve model accuracy by at least 5% in heterogeneous scenarios, compared to the baselines. △ Less

Towards Distributed Quantum Error Correction for Distributed Quantum Computing

In order to address both concerns, a new qubit-based Distributed Quantum Error Correction (DQEC) architecture is proposed in which three physical qubits residing on three Quantum Processing Units (QPU) are used to form a logical qubit. This paper illustrates how three QPUs collaboratively generate a joint quantum state in which single bit-flip and phase-flip errors can be properly resolved. By reducing the number of qubits required to form a logical qubit in the proposed architecture, each QPU with its limited number of physical qubits can accommodate more logical qubits than when it has to devote its three physical qubits for each logical qubit. The functional correctness of the proposed architecture is evaluated through the Qiskit tool and stabilizer generators. Moreover, the fidelity of input and output quantum states, the complexity of the proposed designs, and the dependency between error probability and correctness of the proposed architecture are analyzed to prove its effectiveness. △ Less

Pluralistic Salient Object Detection

Unlike conventional SOD methods that produce a single segmentation mask for salient objects, this new setting recognizes the inherent complexity of real-world images, comprising multiple objects, and the ambiguity in defining salient objects due to different user intentions. To study this task, we present two new SOD datasets "DUTS-MM" and "DUS-MQ", along with newly designed evaluation metrics. DUTS-MM builds upon the DUTS dataset but enriches the ground-truth mask annotations from three aspects which 1) improves the mask quality especially for boundary and fine-grained structures; 2) alleviates the annotation inconsistency issue; and 3) provides multiple ground-truth masks for images with saliency ambiguity. DUTS-MQ consists of approximately 100K image-mask pairs with human-annotated preference scores, enabling the learning of real human preferences in measuring mask quality. Building upon these two datasets, we propose a simple yet effective pluralistic SOD baseline based on a Mixture-of-Experts (MOE) design. Equipped with two prediction heads, it simultaneously predicts multiple masks using different query prompts and predicts human preference scores for each mask candidate. Abstract: Using a data sample of $e^+e^-$ collisions corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 7.93 $\rm fb^{-1}$ collected with the BESIII detector at the center-of-mass energy 3.773~GeV, we perform the first amplitude analysis of the decay $D^{+} \to K_{S}^{0} K_{S}^{0} π^{+}$. The expected uncertainty on $γ$ arising from the precision of the strong-phase measurements, when applied to very large samples of $B$-meson decays, is around $1.5^\circ$ or $2^\circ$, depending on the binning scheme. The binned strong-phase parameters are combined to give a value of $F_+^{4π} = 0.746 \pm 0.010 \pm 0.004$ for the $C\!P$-even fraction of $D^0 \to π^+π^-π^+π^-$ decays, which is around 30\% more precise than the previous best measurement of this quantity. △ Less

The Limits of Quantum Information Scrambling

Abstract: Quantum information scrambling (QI-scrambling) is a pivotal area of inquiry within the study of quantum many-body systems. This research derives mathematical upper and lower bounds for the scrambling rate by applying the Maligranda inequality. Our results indicate that the upper bounds, lower bounds, and scrambling rates coincide precisely when local operators exhibit Hermitian and unitary operators. Crucially, the convergence or divergence of these upper and lower bounds relative to the scrambling rate is contingent upon the system's initial state. To validate our theoretical framework, we investigated the spin-star model, considering both thermal and pure initial states. Furthermore, three distinct scenarios for local operators were examined, namely single-qubit, one multi-qubit, and both multi-qubit configurations. The implantation of the ancilla or external qubit aligns the scrambling rate with the established bounds. The upper and lower bounds may diverge from the scrambling rate based on the system's initial state when both local operators are multi-qubit systems. We also update the branching fractions of $χ_{cJ}\to ωω$ and $χ_{cJ}\toωφ$ decays via the $ψ(2S)\toγχ_{cJ}$ transition. The branching fractions are determined to be $\mathcal{B}(χ_{c0}\toωω)=(10.63\pm0.11\pm0.46)\times 10^{-4}$, $\mathcal{B}(χ_{c1}\toωω)=(6.39\pm0.07\pm0.29)\times 10^{-4}$, $\mathcal{B}(χ_{c2}\toωω)=(8.50\pm0.08\pm0.38)\times 10^{-4}$, $\mathcal{B}(χ_{c0}\toωφ)=(1.18\pm0.03\pm0.05)\times 10^{-4}$, $\mathcal{B}(χ_{c1}\toωφ)=(2.03\pm0.15\pm0.12)\times 10^{-5}$, and $\mathcal{B}(χ_{c2}\toωφ)=(9.37\pm1.07\pm0.59)\times 10^{-6}$, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second are systematic. △ Less

Based on an analysis of the $D^+\to K_S^0π^0e^+ν_e$ decay dynamics, we observe the $S\text{-}{\rm wave}$ and $P$-wave components with fractions of $f_{S\text{-}{\rm wave}}$ = $(6.13~\pm~0.27_{\rm stat.}~\pm ~0.30_{\rm syst.})\%$ and $f_{\bar K^{*}(892)^0}$ = $(93.88~\pm~0.27_{\rm stat.}~\pm~0.29_{\rm syst.})$\%, respectively. From these results, we obtain the branching fractions ${\mathcal B}$($D^+\to (K_S^0π^0)_{S\text{-}{\rm wave}}~e^+ν_e$) = $(5.41~\pm~0.35_{\rm stat.}~\pm~0.37_{\rm syst.})\times10^{-4}$ and ${\mathcal B}$($D^+\to \bar K^{*}(892)^0e^+ν_e$) = $(4.97~\pm~0.11_{\rm stat.}~\pm~0.12_{\rm syst.})$\%. In addition, the hadronic form-factor ratios of $D^{+} \to \bar {K}^{*}(892)^0e^+ν_e$ at $q^2=0$, assuming a single-pole dominance parameterization, are determined to be $r_V=\frac{V(0)}{A_1(0)}= 1.43~\pm~0.07_{\rm stat.}~\pm~0.03_{\rm syst.}$ and $r_2=\frac{A_2(0)}{A_1(0)}=0.72~\pm~0.06_{\rm stat.}~\pm~0.02_{\rm syst.}$. △ Less

Here, ${\cal B}$ is the branching fraction of $ψ(2S)\rightarrowγπ^{0}$ and $φ$ is the relative phase angle between the $ψ(2S)$ and continuum amplitudes. Relationship between the shear modulus and volume relaxation in high-entropy metallic glasses: experiment and physical origin

Abstract: We performed parallel measurements of the high-frequency shear modulus $G$ and relative volume $ΔV/V$ for high-entropy Ti$_{20}$Zr$_{20}$Hf$_{20}$Be$_{20}$Cu$_{20}$ and Ti$_{20}$Zr$_{20}$Hf$_{20}$Be$_{20}$Ni$_{20}$ glasses upon heating from room temperature up to the complete crystallization. The changes of these properties due to structural relaxation both below and above the glass transition tem… ▽ More We performed parallel measurements of the high-frequency shear modulus $G$ and relative volume $ΔV/V$ for high-entropy Ti$_{20}$Zr$_{20}$Hf$_{20}$Be$_{20}$Cu$_{20}$ and Ti$_{20}$Zr$_{20}$Hf$_{20}$Be$_{20}$Ni$_{20}$ glasses upon heating from room temperature up to the complete crystallization. The changes of these properties due to structural relaxation both below and above the glass transition temperature are singled out. It is shown that these changes for both initial and preannealed samples can be well described within the framework of the Interstitialcy theory. It is found that the whole relaxation process in the full temperature range of the experiments for both samples' states can be characterized by a single dimensionless temperature-independent parameter $K_i=dln\;G/dln\;V$, which equals to -44 and -53 for the above glasses, respectively, and strongly points at interstitial-type defects as a source of relaxation. We also show that the relaxation of the relative volume linearly depends on the defect concentration. Abstract: By analyzing $(27.12 \pm 0.14)\times10^{8}$ $ψ(3686)$ events accumulated with the BESIII detector, the decay $η_{c}(2S) \to K^{+} K^{-} η$ is observed for the first time with a significance of $6.2σ$ after considering systematic uncertainties. The branching fraction of $η_{c}(2S)\to K^{+} K^{-}η$ is determined to be $\mathcal{B}(η_{c}(2S)\to K^{+} K^{-}η) = (3.42 \pm 0.46 \pm 0.48 \pm 2.44) \times 10^{-3}$, where the third uncertainty is due to the branching fraction of $ψ(3686) \to γη_{c}(2S)$. Using a recent BESIII measurement of $\mathcal{B} (η_{c}(2S) \to K^{+} K^{-}π^{0})$, we also determine the ratio between the branching fractions of $η_{c}(2S) \to K^{+} K^{-}η$ and $η_{c}(2S) \to K^{+} K^{-}π^{0}$ to be $1.49 \pm 0.22 \pm 0.25$, which is consistent with the previous result of BaBar at a comparable precision level. △ Less

Caching Aided Multi-Tenant Serverless Computing

Abstract: One key to enabling high-performance serverless computing is to mitigate cold-starts. Current solutions utilize a warm pool to keep function alive: a warm-start can be analogous to a CPU cache-hit. However, modern cache has multiple hierarchies and the last-level cache is shared among cores, whereas the warm pool is limited to a single tenant for security concerns. Also, the warm pool keep-alive policy can be further optimized using cache replacement algorithms. In this paper, we borrow practical optimizations from caching, and design FaasCamp, a caching-aided multi-tenant serverless computing framework. FaasCamp extends the single-tier warm pool into multi-tiers, with a reclaim pool introduced enabling secure function instance sharing among tenants. Also, FaasCamp leverages machine learning to approximate the optimal cache replacement policy to improve the warm rate. We have implemented a prototype and conducted extensive experiments under multiple scenarios. The results show that FaasCamp can outperform existing platforms with minimal overhead. △ Less

The decay $D^0\to b_1(1235)^-e^{+}ν_{e}$ is observed with a significance of 5.2$σ$ after considering systematic uncertainty, while evidence for the decay $D^+\to b_1(1235)^0 e^+ν_e$ is obtained with a 3.1$σ$ significance. The product branching fractions are determined to be ${\mathcal B}(D^0\to b_{1}(1235)^-e^{+}ν_{e})\times {\mathcal B} (b_1(1235)^-\to ωπ^-) = (0.72\pm0.18^{+0.06}_{-0.08})\times10^{-4}$ and ${\mathcal B}(D^+\to b_{1}(1235)^0e^{+}ν_{e})\times {\mathcal B} (b_1(1235)^0~\to ωπ^0) = (1.16\pm0.44\pm0.16)\times10^{-4}$, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. The ratio of their partial decay widths is determined to be $\frac{Γ(D^0\to b_{1}(1235)^-e^{+}ν_{e})}{2Γ(D^+\to b_{1}(1235)^0e^{+}ν_{e})}=0.78\pm0.19^{+0.04}_{-0.05}$, which is consistent with unity, predicted by isospin invariance, within uncertainties. △ Less

Enhancing Black-Scholes Delta Hedging via Deep Learning

Utilizing ten years of daily S&P 500 index option data, our empirical analysis demonstrates that learning the residuals, using the mean squared one-step hedging error as the loss function, significantly improves hedging performance over directly learning the hedging function, often by more than 100%. Adding input features when learning the residuals enhances hedging performance more for puts than calls, with market sentiment being less crucial. Furthermore, learning the residuals with three years of data matches the hedging performance of directly learning with ten years of data, proving that our method demands less data. △ Less

Stronger Entanglement Criteria Based on Quantum Fisher Information

The Existence and Distribution of Photon Spheres Near Spherically Symmetric Black Holes -- A Geometric Analysis

Recently, a number of studies have highlighted that the number of photon spheres and their distributions near black holes are strongly constrained by black hole properties. Specifically, for black holes with event horizons and proper asymptotic behaviors, the number of stab… ▽ More Photon sphere has attracted significant attention since the discovery of black hole shadow images by Event Horizon Telescope. Recently, a number of studies have highlighted that the number of photon spheres and their distributions near black holes are strongly constrained by black hole properties. Specifically, for black holes with event horizons and proper asymptotic behaviors, the number of stable and unstable photon spheres satisfies the relation $n_{\text{stable}} - n_{\text{unstable}} = -1$. In this study, we provide a novel proof on this relation using a completely new geometric approach, in which the stable and unstable photon spheres are determined by Gaussian curvature and geodesic curvature in the optical geometry of black hole spacetimes. Firstly, we demonstrated the existence of photon spheres near black holes with proper asymptotic behaviors (asymptotically flat black holes, asymptotically de-Sitter and anti-de-Sitter black holes). Subsequently, we proved that the stable and unstable photon spheres near black holes must be one-to-one alternatively separated from each other, such that each unstable photon sphere is sandwiched between two stable photon spheres (and each stable photon sphere is sandwiched between two unstable photon spheres). Our analysis in this study is limited to the spherically symmetric black hole spacetime (with the spacetime metric $ds^{2}=g_{tt}dt^{2}+g_{rr}dr^{2}+g_{θθ}dθ^{2}+g_{φφ}dφ^{2}$). △ Less

Abstract: Based on $10.64~\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$ of $e^+e^-$ collision data taken at center-of-mass energies between 4.237 and 4.699 GeV with the BESIII detector, we study the leptonic $D^+_s$ decays using the $e^+e^-\to D^{*+}_{s} D^{*-}_{s}$ process. The product of the decay constant and Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix element $|V_{cs}|$ is determined to be $f_{D_s^+}|V_{cs}|=(246.5\pm5.9_{\rm stat}\pm3.6_{\rm syst}\pm0.5_{\rm input})_{μν}~\mathrm{MeV}$ and $f_{D_s^+}|V_{cs}|=(252.7\pm3.6_{\rm stat}\pm4.5_{\rm syst}\pm0.6_{\rm input}))_{τν}~\mathrm{MeV}$, respectively. Taking the value of $|V_{cs}|$ from a global fit in the Standard Model, we obtain ${f_{D^+_s}}=(252.8\pm6.0_{\rm stat}\pm3.7_{\rm syst}\pm0.6_{\rm input})_{μν}$ MeV and ${f_{D^+_s}}=(259.2\pm3.6_{\rm stat}\pm4.5_{\rm syst}\pm0.6_{\rm input})_{τν}$ MeV, respectively. Conversely, taking the value for $f_{D_s^+}$ from the latest lattice quantum chromodynamics calculation, we obtain $|V_{cs}| =(0.986\pm0.023_{\rm stat}\pm0.014_{\rm syst}\pm0.003_{\rm input})_{μν}$ and $|V_{cs}| = (1.011\pm0.014_{\rm stat}\pm0.018_{\rm syst}\pm0.003_{\rm input})_{τν}$, respectively. △ Less

DMM: Disparity-guided Multispectral Mamba for Oriented Object Detection in Remote Sensing

Inspired by the efficiency and lower complexity of Mamba in long sequence tasks, we propose Disparity-guided Multispectral Mamba (DMM), a multispectral oriented object detection framework comprised of a Disparity-guided Cross-modal Fusion Mamba (DCFM) module, a Multi-scale Target-aware Attention (MTA) module, and a Target-Prior Aware (TPA) auxiliary task. The DCFM module leverages disparity information between modalities to adaptively merge features from RGB and IR images, mitigating inter-modal conflicts. The MTA module aims to enhance feature representation by focusing on relevant target regions within the RGB modality, addressing intra-modal variations. The TPA auxiliary task utilizes single-modal labels to guide the optimization of the MTA module, ensuring it focuses on targets and their local context. Extensive experiments on the DroneVehicle and VEDAI datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of our method, which outperforms state-of-the-art methods while maintaining computational efficiency. The absolute branching fractions of $D_{s1}(2536)^- \rightarrow \bar{D}^{*0}K^-$ and $D_{s2}^*(2573)^- \rightarrow \bar{D}^0K^-$ are measured for the first time to be… ▽ More The $e^+e^-\rightarrow D_s^+D_{s1}(2536)^-$ and $e^+e^-\rightarrow D_s^+D^*_{s2}(2573)^-$ processes are studied using data samples collected with the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies from 4.530 to 4.946~GeV. The absolute branching fractions of $D_{s1}(2536)^- \rightarrow \bar{D}^{*0}K^-$ and $D_{s2}^*(2573)^- \rightarrow \bar{D}^0K^-$ are measured for the first time to be $(35.9\pm 4.8\pm 3.5)\%$ and $(37.4\pm 3.1\pm 4.6)\%$, respectively. The measurements are in tension with predictions based on the assumption that the $D_{s1}(2536)$ and $D_{s2}^*(2573)$ are dominated by a bare $c\bar{s}$ component. The $e^+e^-\rightarrow D_s^+D_{s1}(2536)^-$ and $e^+e^-\rightarrow D_s^+D^*_{s2}(2573)^-$ cross sections are measured, and a resonant structure at around 4.6~GeV with a width of 50~MeV is observed for the first time with a statistical significance of $15σ$ in the $e^+e^-\rightarrow D_s^+D^*_{s2}(2573)^-$ process. It could be the $Y(4626)$ found by the Belle collaboration in the $D_s^+D_{s1}(2536)^{-}$ final state, since they have similar masses and widths.
