Abstract: The program of upgrade of the Spherical Neutral Detector for future experiments at a new VEPP-2000 $e^+e^-$ collider is presented. Modernization includes upgrades of electromagnetic calorimeter, tracking system, detector electronics, data acquisition system, and offline software.
