Psychic inhibitors is a device, the inhibitors shield anyone wearing them from psychic attacks and mind-reading, generally worn when confronting hostile telepathic aliens. The D.E.O. utilizes their own psychic inhibitors. They are particularly in use when dealing with telepathic races such as Green and White Martians.
