Fredo Garcia was the main antagonist of the ''Protection'' episode of Law and Order SVU in the third.
He was portrayed by Louie Loenardo.

Fredo soon got rid of Joey Stapleton after torturing his former drug dealing colleague, then he killed Miguel Ramos because he had witnessed the first murder, he also shot several police in disguise, he was then located and arrested by the SVU. Before his trial, Fredo was attacked by one of the witnesses who was the mother of Miguel, Maria. While Maria was released from the attack and sent to Dallas, Fredo was sentenced to death and executed.
