11.7.1 All progress lost!
After today's update, my gameplay has been lost. I've been playing since 2015 and have never had such trouble before. From the very beginning, I played while in Game Center. I tried restarting the phone, reinstalling the game and re-entering Game Center, but nothing helped. Now, when I try to log into the game, I am offered two profiles to choose from, but both are wrong.

All progress in plants vs zombies is lost after the update yesterday.. I’m so sad. I opened a case.. but still no answer..

From the many bug reports of account reset or lost progress, I suspect this issue is platform related, could you all confirm whether you are on iOS (Apple devices) or Android device please?
I ask because I have tried the latest 11.7.1 update on my old iPhone 12 and it seems working normal but I am holding back the updates on my other iPhones.

@m2onzcgvv2jhSeems to be a known issue caused by the most recent update. there's a lot of players being affected. Give it a few days and if the problem persists request a live chat https://help.ea.com/en/solutions/?product=plants-vs-zombies-2&topic=restore-lost-progress to see if an advisor can help.
