Efrat Noy is a partner on the Go-To-Market Network team, focused on partnerships with cloud providers and select high tech companies.
Before joining Andreessen Horowitz, she led Cisco’s venture arm’s market development team. Prior to that, Efrat led product management for various products and cloud services in the enterprise IT and cybersecurity spaces. Efrat started her career as a software engineer, developing the software stack for one of the first generation cable modems.
Efrat graduated from Tel Aviv University with both a BS in computer science and economics and an MBA. She is an artist at heart and spends her spare time painting, baking, and enjoying many types of music. As an Israeli, she served in the IDF and ran a field intelligence operations room.
