Description
English: Shows the exterior of new building; architect Mr. R. Speight; built by Mr. W. Massey; two stories, facade 45 feet high and decorated with two panels, arched doorway opens into large hall flanked by smaller rooms, staircase in centre, ceilings are lofty, rooms fitted with electric lights.
