Olga Segura (born August 16, 1986) is a Mexican actress and producer.

While working in Mexico in 2009 Olga formed her production company, Producciones a Ciegas, with her brother Juan Carlos Segura and actor Hector Jimenez. Since, she has both produced and starred in various films. Some of her most notable on screen roles have been in Veronica , La Luciernaga, and Gonzalez: falsos profetas. Starring alongside Arcelia Ramirez, Olga was nominated for Best Supporting Actress by the Mexican Cinema Journalists for the title role of the 2017 film, Veronica. The film was nominated for over eight awards, and after a theater run in Mexico now streams on Netflix internationally. Olga co-starred with Colombian model and actress Carolina Guerra in La Luciernaga by Colombian writer-director Ana Maria Hermida. The film premiered in the Female Filmmakers New Mavericks section of the 2015 Atlanta Film Festival and also screened in La Habana, Cuba at the 37th Annual Festival Internacional del Nuevo Cine Latinoamericano. In Gonzalez: falsos profetas, directed by Christian Diaz Pardo, Olga stars with Carlos Bardem and Harold Torres. The film gained favorable reviews and won two awards in the Feature Film Competition at the 2013 Morelia Film Festival. Olga also appeared with Manolo Cardona and Paz Vegas in the 14 episode series La Hermandad (The Brotherhood) directed by Carlos Bolado and Humberto Hinojosa. Her most recent project as a producer is the American film Waiting for the Barbarians, based on the novel written by the winner of the Nobel Prize for Literature, J.M. Coetzee. The film is directed by Oscar-nominated Colombian director Ciro Guerra with actors Mark Rylance, Gana Bayarsaikhan, Johnny Depp and Robert Pattinson. It premiered in competition at the 2019 Venice International Film Festival. She also helped develop and produce The Dinner, directed by Oren Moverman starring Richard Gere, Laura Linney, Steve Coogan, Rebecca Hall, and Cloe Sevigny. The movie premiered in competition at the Berlin Film Festival in 2016. Another one of her most notable projects is The Truth About Emanuel starring Kaya Scodelario and Jessica Biel, directed by Francesca Gregorini. It premiered in dramatic competition at the Sundance Film Festival in 2013. Olga has established herself as an accomplished filmmaker, with many projects in the works. Beyond her impressive filmmaking career, Olga is a recognized and accomplished activist. Olga is the founder of “Decididas” a digital content series and platform that empowers women in Mexico by creating awareness of the decisions they make every day in order to generate positive changes in society. Additionally, Olga was also one of the original signatories for the TIMES’UP movement and is one of the voices of the LatinX group within the movement. Through this movement, she connected with fellow filmmaker Alex Kondrake and activist Monica Ramirez. Together, they formed The Latinx House, a physical space that activates at places of influence and acts to cultivate conversations around Latinx issues in the sectors of politics, entertainment, and beyond. They officially launched at Sundance 2020. Alongside America Ferrera, Diane Guerrero, and Eva Longoria, the Latinx founders organized the Querida Familia Letter. This letter of love was signed by over 200 prominent Latinx entertainers as a way of letting the Latinx community know they were not alone in the wake of the El Paso tragedy. For this work, they were recognized by the Women’s Media Center with the 2019 Solidarity Award, presented by Gloria Steinem and Jane Fonda. Her work doesn’t end there. In September 2017, together with fellow actresses Karla Souza, Ana de la Reguera and Kate del Castillo, Olga founded the organization “Los Ángeles en México” which is dedicated to helping the victims of the 2017 earthquake. Olga is recognized for both her talent and activism. At the 2015 GQ Mexico Awards, she was awarded the Newcomer Award after a successful year of screenwork. More recently, she has been featured in Marie Claire, among Tessa Thompson, Shonda Rhimes and others, as a “Changemaker,” and in May 2019, Forbes declared her one of the 100 Most Powerful Women in Mexico.
