Including FC / SC

What's your opinion on when to keep the "FC" or "SC" in a team's name when using it in a player's stat box or somewhere like that? I ask because you clipped El Paso Locomotive FC down to El Paso Locomotive on Logan Ketterer but used the SC for Orange County on Harry Forrester (footballer). Not to mention the further muddying that Ketterer also has "Columbus Crew SC". Just want to reach a consensus with you. Thanks for you work all all these lower-division soccer articles! Hey. I think it varies. Generally, I'm against it, but I know some clubs (Seattle, Vancouver, etc) insist the "FC" is very much part of the name. In my view, the clubs which have no club name before/after the city name (United, Whitecaps, Crew, City) should have the FC/SC removed, while those which don't (Dallas, San Antonio, Cincinnati, Orange County) should have it included.
I guess Seattle & Vancouver insist on it to separate themselves from the original teams. The nickname guideline sounds good to me though. I see English players with just Southport instead of Southport F.C., but I think San Antonio FC makes more sense than San Antonio for Americans. NPSL statistics?

Hello! Given your American league interests, do you know of any website that reliably keeps NPSL statistics? American Money added some NPSL stats for the Ariel Viegas article, but only via their own research with the match reports. Therefore, as far as I'm aware, we can't use that to source the stats. Do you know of a website to use? R96Skinner (talk) 19:13, 13 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Renan Andrade Ferreira, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Brazilian (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
