[edit]Acquisitions: Mobileum has made several strategic acquisitions, including Macalla Software[2] (2009), ADECEF,Unity and IPCom (2012), Evolved Intelligence[3] (2018), WeDo Technologies[4] (2019), SIGOS GmbH[5] (2020), Developing Solutions,[6] Convene Networks,[7] Niometrics (2021).
Ownership Changes: In 2016, Mobileum was acquired by Audax PE, and in 2022, it was acquired by H.I.G. Capital.[8]
