The episode begins with Numbuh 2's mother leaving the house, and Cree coming in to babysit Numbuh 2 (and his brother, Tommy). Having a crush on her, Numbuh 2 tries to sweet-talk her, but only to get her angered. She then forces him and Tommy to go to bed. It is then revealed she is involved in a plot along with fellow Teen Ninjas.

Assuming Numbuh 4 has taken them out of jealousy, she goes to his room only for her Rainbow Monkey to start drifting upwards in a beam of light. Numbuh 3 grabs it and is pulled upwards too. Numbuh 4 sounds the alarm.
