PACERPlus is a proposed free trade agreement between the Forum Islands Countries [[FICs]] and Australia and New Zealand. The negotiation for this agreement was triggered under the provisions of the [[Pacific Agreement on Closer Economic Relations]] [PACER] with Australia and New Zealand.
