Republic of Fighters 3 was a Super Smash Bros. Melee superregional held in Noisy-le-Grand, France by Slhoka. At that time, it was the second-largest Melee tournament in Europe, behind Epita Smash Arena 2's 231 entrants. It was a qualifier for the Melee event at MLG Anaheim 2014. It also featured special guest aMSa from Japan, who managed to raise enough funds through SmashBoards to attend, being the first time a Japanese player attended a major European tournament since Epita Smash Arena 2 in 2008.
