‘AEW: Dark’ Review (Dec 1st 2020)
Welcome to this week’s All Elite Wrestling: Dark review, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and it’s been a little while since I reviewed Dark, because the match amount and weekly length of the show was becoming very difficult to deal with as the rest of the usual wrestling shows were coming back and yada yada yada. In an effort to retain my sanity, I’m gonna start reviewing AEW Dark a bit differently. Since they just keep loading this show with squash matches, I’m going to stop reviewing this show per match and instead just make comments about the best performances of the wrestlers themselves. My apologies to those that want an individual match review per show, but I don’t wanna start to hate this show and reviewing a show that has a weekly card that is in excess of twenty or so matches…uh uh. So, with that in mind, I have changed my mind from thirty seconds ago and hired an established news program, “Wurld Nues with Tueneethrie Skidoo”. Let’s go to them now…
Welcome to the Wurld Nues with Tueneethrie Skidoo. I am Tueneethree Skidoo and here is tonight’s top report on All Elite Wrestling: Dark. Here’s the card of 17 matches that were on the actual show:

Here is your entire #AEWDark card (in order):

- Chaos Project beat Alex Chamberlain & Seth Gargis
CO-MAIN EVENT
- Lady Frost lost to Red Velvet
MAIN EVENT
- Jurassic Express beat 5 & 10 of Dark Order and Sonny Kiss & ‘The Bad Boy’ Joey Janela – Triangle Tag Match
My Opinion – 3 out 5: Numerous jobbers were working on this card, including Brian Pillman Jr., who no one has ever heard of and is not related to any professional wrestlers that ever made any money. The Gunn Club continued to improve despite being focused around a man whose nick-name is Mr. Ass. Lindsay Snow and Lady Frost, who both impressed in a loss, are not, contrary to popular belief, actually made of ice. Legendary jobber and trainer supreme George South must be proud, because his supposed son appeared on Dark under the guise of George South Jr., which is better than calling yourself “Dick-Face Magee”. Evil Uno and Stu Grayson continued their streak of fine tag work in a victory here, but still can’t figure out why Uno won’t look Stu in the eye. Both Brandon Cutler and Peter Avalon, who were once paired together as a comedy tag team, have been moved up the card and are now winning singles matches after a notable rivalry between the two resulted in several acclaimed matches…but they still smell like geek that’s been bathed in loser. Shawn Spears, Matt Sydal, The Acclaimed, Chaos Theory and Best Friends all had victories on a night where nobody gave a s—, while the main event stole the show in bristling fashion and gave Jurassic Express a dino-tacular win over two teams.
Well, that’s the Wurld Nues and it’ll be renamed, because that’s a stupid name for a news program. I’m Tueneethrie Skidoo. Good Night.
