Emma Roberts was spotted on set wearing a red shirt saying, "A slice of heaven." Julia Roberts, Emma's real-life aunt, wore a shirt with the same color and description in Mystic Pizza (1988), made by the same director as this film, which has people speculating this may be a follow-up.

Goofs
In the pizza competition scene, Nikki has 10 minutes to make a pizza. She starts with a raw eggplant, and ends with a roasted eggplant pizza. However when preparing eggplant, it takes 20-30+ minutes to properly salt it, and an additional 20-30 minutes to roast it; so there is no way Nikki could have made an eggplant pizza fully from scratch in the required time.

Feel Good Movie!

Rom-Com with predictable story, pre-determined by the title. Sweet story where love continues to bloom over time. Even if the families are at odds.

I enjoyed it, put a smile on my face.

Noticed the negative comments. Today, we are a beautiful evolving country (Canada) blend. Where were a mixed bag of stereotypes and off beat, not so much the norm.

Andrea Martin always brings a smile to my face. She is unique and beautiful as the first day I met her years ago on Bloor street in Toronto.

Thank you for a sweet movie. Much needed in these tough times. Love smiling.
