Go Ho is a single, overworked account executive at a PR firm. She learns that she has been transferred away from her ruthless boss. Her new boss, however, turns out to be her ex-boyfriend. Kang Tae Ho starts to catch on to Go Ho's past relationship with Hwang Ji Hoon when Go Ho tries to get back onto Kang Tae Ho's team. Go Ho's mom sets her up on a date with an eligible bachelor, but Kang Tae Ho shows up and throws Go Ho off. A huge client isn't responding to phone calls. A company dinner turns into a wild night out for the whole staff, but especially for Go Ho. Since being ambushed by a kiss from Oh Jung Min at the club, Go Ho becomes a hot commodity in the office. Now, Jung Min is coming on strong, while Kang Tae Ho tries his own methods to nab her.

Kang Tae Ho bends over backwards to get close to Go Ho, who is suddenly wanted by all the eligible office bachelors. Observing Oh Jung Min's aggressive tactics, Hawng Hi Joon gets noticeably jealous. Go Ho gets a chance to get back onto Team A. For reasons undisclosed, Hwang Hi Joon denies it. Manager Hwang and Manager Kang go head-to-head with the door closed, seemingly about Go Ho. Manager Hwang and Manager Kang turn their internal battle for Go Ho into a work war, forcing Team A and Team B to face off for who can produce a better commercial for the CEO of Promise. Director Choi takes Go Ho on a client meeting, where she lands the deal. Afterward, Go Ho gets sick because of something she sees, and stuck at a rest stop. An unlikely hero comes to save her. Go Ho passes out in Kang Tae Ho's car. They share a moment as he walks her to her door, and the next day, there is a clear romantic energy between them. The teams try to steal each other's project plans.

Both teams strategize on how to keep their opponent from stealing their project plans. The company gets some problematic news about their client's top model. Go tells Manager Kang about the model crisis, which ends the competition between the two teams. Go Ho begins to realize Kang Tae Ho's feelings for her, while Ji Hoon observes their developing relationship. Go Ho goes to an amusement park with the section chief to shoot B roll. Section Chief breaks his arm on the trip. Meanwhile, Ji Hoon bumps into Go Ho's mother, who talks to him about romantic regret. Go goes to visit the section chief, who later spots Kang Tae Ho and Oh Jung Min both there, following her. The four go out drinking, and all end up hungover at work the next day. But Go is especially sick. Kang Tae Ho musters up the strength to ask Go out on a date. Ji Hoon is reeling with regret, chasing Go around the city.

Kang Tae Ho takes Go Ho on a date. Moments after Kang Tae Ho formally confesses his feelings for her, Ji Hoon reveals why he left Go when they broke up. Section Chief and Oh Jung Min want to get in on the battle for Go Ho's heart. The eligible bachelors start a competition in which they rank their worthiness of dating Go Ho. Manager Kang wants to take Go Ho on another date, but a company dinner gets in the way of his plans. Go Ho's brother runs away from home. Kang Tae Ho finally gets his wish, and tries to take advantage of his one-on-one time with Go Ho. A terrible tragedy rattles Hwang Ji Hoon. Go Ho is forced to choose between her two managers, once and for all. And she does.
