Fred's parents were watching the West-German Show Am laufenden Band (1974) on TV but when Fred comes into the living room his father switches the channel to the East-German News program Aktuelle Kamera (1952). "Aktuelle Kamera" was always running at 19:30 while "Am laufenden Band", a 100-minutes-show, was on at 17:30, sometimes at 20:15. So they couldn't run at the same time.
