In this episode, Jane's only sister is named Pauline, yet in all the other episodes--when mentioned--her name is Pam (played by Jessica Turner).

When Curtis is threatening Jane outside the hospital, his method of holding the pistol changes back and forth between shots. When seen over her shoulder, he's holding it using the standard grip, but when seen from the side, he's holding it sideways.

When Jane is in her girlhood bedroom she plays an LP that is clearly on the Phil Spector International record label from the mid 1970s, yet the song is the 1965 non-LP track In the Middle of Nowhere by Dusty Springfield, released on the Philips label in the UK and had no connection at all with Phil Spector.
