Cornershop

Sanjay Patel is treated abysmally by a far right thug, who claims money with menaces, but things are about to change, and Patel is going to stand up for himself.

What a shame that the show came to an end here, this show just got better and better, Cornershop is definitely a classic.

Wow this is so uncomfortable to watch, almost unbearably so. You'll be sickened by the content, and you'll be on the edge of your seat, wrapped in suspense.

This deals with so much, racism, thuggery, and the plight of supermarkets on small businesses. As dark as it is, there's a cheeky streak of humour running through it.

Bhaskar Patel is wonderful here as the softly spoken, mild mannered worm that turned, he definitely put me on edge.

The wonderful Tim Healey is great, popping back up as Duggan, having first popped up in Vigilante from Series one.

Nina Wadia did a line in these frosty, hard edged ladies, I can't make out who treated Sanjay worse, her or those far right thugs. Mrs Patel wouldn't be satisfied with anyone or anything, she put me on edge.
