When Bronx and Campbell are up in the canopy on harnesses, in some shots they are shown supported by small flat wooden seats as part of their harness rigging and in other shots the seats aren't there and they are just supported by harness rigging around their upper thighs, yet the action is supposed to be continuous and there is no time for any sort of rigging changes to explain this.
In one scene, gas chromatograph output shows a peak for sodium chloride. Salt has a boiling point over 1400 degrees Centigrade - there is no GC system made that has an injector port hot enough to convert it to gas phase.
When Dr. Crane is rubbing trying to get the blue stripe tattoo off, her skin wrinkles up with the stripe, clearly showing the 'tattoo' is fake.
