Mike Ancas is an American Director, Producer, Actor, Writer and Musician. A graduate of Duquesne University (BA Psychology), University of Pittsburgh (MSW and PhD/ABD in Counseling Psychology), he is best known for films he made with his wife, Brenda. Tributaries (feature-length drama) and Chasing Giants (car racing documentary) are both featured on Amazon Prime. His current Amazon film, Chasing Zombies, is in post production. This new film is based on his experience on the set of George A. Romero's 1985 cult classic, Day Of The Dead, and follows the lives of fellow "zombies" who recount how working with Romero changed their lives. He resides in the Pittsburgh area, and is committed to supporting local filmmakers.
