Carlos Enrique Almirante is a Cuban actor with an outstanding career in television, film and theater.
He studied acting at the National School of Arts (ENA) and the Higher Institute of Arts (ISA). And throughout his career we have been able to see him in the lead roles in over thirty films. In addition to starring in the popular Netflix series, "Four Seasons in Havana", winner of the Platinum Award for Best Cast. Almirante has also been nominated for a Platinum Award for his leading role in the film "Fatima", a story about a transgender person, and which was his most daring character so far.
Recently, we have seen him acting in English in the American movie "Coyote Cage" (Amazon Prime), where he plays the leader of a cartel, and also in the romantic comedy "A Royal Makeover".
