The concept of the project was to design a building that would make full use of local culture and local ecological raw materials. The main idea was to create a visually and materially fascinating building that would fit into the surrounding landscape, stand out, but would not overshadow it.

INTERWEAVE IS A MODULAR AND COMPACT LIBRARY DESIGN WHICH IS NOT JUST A LEARNING FORUM, BUT A PLATFORM WHERE PEOPLE EXCHANGE IDEAS, KNOWLEDGE AND WHERE PEOPLE ARE GIVEN THE FREEDOM TO EXPRESS THEMSELVES.THE PROJECT IS AN AMALGAMATION OF KNOWLEDGE FROM ALL ASPECTS OF LIFE LIKE CULTURAL, SOCIAL AND ACADEMICS.

It is a philosophical idea for this project. The project aims to improve the cultural level of Yemeni society . The project aims to promote cultural exchange, education, and community engagement by showcasing Islamic architecture's rich history and enhancing society's Islamic identity through artistic presentations and educational activities.

Based on traditional patterns woven by Indian women, the project recalls a tradition based on manual labor as well as creative work. Because the patterns are made up of solids and voids, the project transfers them to a set of courtyards determined by the directional relationship of the weave formed by the modules and the courtyard.
