Bulbul is an upcoming Kannada fuilm directed by MD Shridhar. Bulbul is the remake of Telugu film Darling.[2] Darshan will be the hero of the film. Popular actresses Anushka Shetty and Kajal Aggarwal have been approached to take up the female lead. Veteran actor Ambarish plays the father role to Darshan.
The film is produced by Dinakar Toogudeep. The team has already started the script writing and after Sangolli Rayanna, Bulbul will take off.[3]
