In which movie was this ?

I have watched a particular movie more than once, but I cannot recall its name. There is a scene in it in which a male character is talking to, I believe, a young lady, and he tells her he has always imagined that he was the cat Orangey in Breakfast at Tiffany's, but which film is it ? I first thought it might have been Point Break, but I think now it is The Net, and it is a conversation between the characters played by Jeremy Northam and Sandra Bullock, but I cannot remember who was saying what.

No idea, but here is a list of all articles that link to Orangey; maybe one of them is the film in question? Matt Deres (talk) 21:27, 30 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Abnuceals Emuukha Electric Symphony Orchestra

What the heck does the name of the Abnuceals Emuukha Electric Symphony Orchestra mean? It looks like an anagram but I don't know of what. I can't even go ask Frank Zappa as he's been dead for a quarter of a century. JIP | Talk 19:38, 29 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

There's some inconclusive discussion on this Zappa-related forum. AndrewWTaylor (talk) 21:04, 29 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Assassin's Creed Black Flag question

I made what I think to be a damning mistake in Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, and thankfully the search engines have thus far provided every conceivable answer for the game except for the one I actually need here, so I'm asking if it is possible to return to the present time after the campaign ends in the game or do I need to reply 4.5 months of the game in order to fix my catastrophic mistake after being poisoned by the IT guy? TomStar81 (Talk) 22:51, 29 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

There are several Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag forums. 2606:A000:1126:28D:C11B:68F2:2FB:1B34 (talk) 23:47, 29 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Jim Crow Show from 1980s

Hey guys what's up. Back in the 1980s there was this TV movie, like one of those "After School Specials" that was watched by nearly every junior high in my area. It starts in the Jim Crow South right after a black man was tarred and feathered for looking at a white lady in the eye. There is a really mean white businessman who also runs the local Klan and the story revolves around a little black girl going to school in this environment. Halfway through the film the girl's mother gets fired by the white businessman as a teacher because she was teaching about the slave trade. Later on the white man pushes the little girl into the street and the black girl's uncle wants to hurt him, but is stopped by other blacks in the neighborhood. At the end of the film, it was either the sons or nephews of the white businessman who were robbing stores and then framing local black kids for doing it. This TV movie was itself based on a very popular book which was mandatory reading for all 7th and 8th graders back then. Its been thirty years and I cant find the name of this film anywhere! Does anyone know?? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.245.177.11 (talk) 20:50, 3 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Sounds like a terrible oversimplification to "All blacks good, all whites bad". Not exactly exploring the full range of guiltiness, like in Uncle Tom's Cabin. SinisterLefty (talk) 02:04, 4 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

So, do you guys know the name of it? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.245.177.11 (talk) 14:05, 5 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Inserting a video movie

into a presentation, e.g., a YouTube one ? I didn't see anything suitable in the clicked menu, and I might be wrong. since this is my 1st time doing this. Even 'save' din't help (only a picture was saved). בנצי (talk) 08:17, 4 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Are you talking about linking to a YouTube item from within a PowerPoint presentation? Or about linking to something else from within YouTube? ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots10:29, 4 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Right clicking on video should produce "Copy video URL" and "Copy video URL at current time", either of which could be inserted into a presentation, and then require a click to take you back to video in YouTube. The "Copy embed code" attempts to run the video directly in a web page, but I don't know if that would work within a presentation. SinisterLefty (talk) 11:41, 4 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Within PowerPoint you can add links to websites and it seems to work. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots12:19, 4 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
What do you mean by that ? Your answer is too general. בנצי (talk) 14:17, 4 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
There's more than one way, but one of the easiest is to copy-and-paste the URL into a text box on a slide. When you hit return after URL, it will create the link. Then test it by right-clicking and selecting "open link" or "open hyperlink" depending on which version of PowerPoint you're using. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots17:27, 4 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Here's an official explanation of how to do it.[1]Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots20:49, 4 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I see. However, the link should be pasted to the box opened by 'insert menu' > 'video'. Incorporating the two menus. I see. בנצי (talk) 14:58, 4 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Note that the options I listed won't actually copy the video, only links to it. So, you would need Internet access during the presentation or you would get broken link errors. SinisterLefty (talk) 15:47, 4 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Precisely. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots17:27, 4 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
