Many issues with this article — help please?

This article has a ton of issues.  Not only are there only 5 citations total, large portions seem to be from anecdotal evidence (eating red cabbage with the Christmas goose? really?) and the entire planting section is messed up.  If anyone sees this message please help!  Just a link or anything would go a long way.
