The entire reason a law enforcement agency releases a public sketch is because they want the public to see it and help solve a murder. I can't think of any better example of fair use.

Aloha and thanks for your concern this picture belongs to AMB publicity in other words, to myself. • The EXIF does not say what camera model the photographer used. Image editing software sometimes remove the EXIF, so that is perfectly natura. Due to the other images elsewhere on the Internet, I think that you should send an e-mail to OTRS to prove that you are the copyright holder to the photo.
