plasq is an international software limited liability company comprising software developers and user interface designers from the United States, Australia, Switzerland, Norway and France. They primarily develop for Mac OS X and iOS, however, Comic Life is available for Microsoft Windows.
Comic Life
Comic Life is a software application for Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows, which allows the creation of comics, photo albums, and how to guides based on images that are captured by a webcam or are available on your computer.[1] Comic Life 2, which was released on December 9, 2010, brought new features including full template support and an improved user interface. [2] In 2005, plasq won the Apple Design Award for Best Product New to Mac OS X for Comic Life.[3] That same year, Comic Life was also a winner of Macworld's Editor's Choice award.[4]
Comic Life Magiq
Comic Life Magiq is a "pro" version of the original Comic Life. It includes a new image editor, extra brush and line options, gradient and reflection tools, and templates. [5]
Doozla
Doozla is a children's drawing program for Mac OS X. It uses a simple interface that allows the user to draw on a blank canvas, color an image, draw on a scene, take an image from a webcam, or load an image from your "My Doozles" collection.[6]
Comic Touch
Comic Touch is an iOS app for altering images. Speech and thought bubbles, as well as special effects can be added. Included effects are bulge, dent, squeeze, light, and stretch. Also included is a smudging tool. The resulting image can be shared on photo-sharing sites or through email. [7]
Pharos IV: Assault
Pharos IV: Assault is an iOS game in which you play the role of a Space Academy graduate. You are assigned to protect a starbase with no squadrons left to fight off attack. [8]
Pluzzle
Pluzzle is a tile puzzle game for Mac OS X. It comprises of squares with a number and a part of a picture on them. The picture can be changed using drag-and-drop, and the size of the board can be changed to anything from 3x3 to 7x7. [9]
