Or an Orwellian one. During my time here I've seen Jacques Delson and NightCrawler banned for offending other people considered by the sysops to be better users, the bans being justifed by their supposed identity with the demonic DW. The identification is based, it is claimed, on stylistic similarities, but these similarities cannot be described for security reasons, much like the security reasons which prevented the release of the "real" evidence of WMDs in Iraq. Woo-OO-oo.

And I've been told that you won't be blocked for supporting another user, just before Chris Jones speaks up for NightCrawler and is blocked, Chris Jones = NightCrawler = DW.

In fact, Jacques D. and NightC. used different styles. Oh, but then they used the same ISP. Well, that's persuasive, eh? I use the same ISP as the Toronto Police Association, but that doesn't make me a policeman. Although I'm sure some of the [[Wikinoia|Wikinoids]] here will now conclude that my knowledge of the TPA's ISP ''proves'' that I am one.

So you could call Wikipedia a paranoid text encyclopedia. Call it what you want, eh? I'm not coming back, so I won't be complaining about it.

If you want an open text encyclopedia, have an open text encyclopedia. If you want to ban people because they weren't nice to people you prefer, than call it an oligarchical encyclopedia.

Woo-OO-oo.

In fact, Jacques D. and NightC. used different styles. Oh, but then they used the same ISP. Well, that's persuasive, eh? I use the same ISP as the Toronto Police Association, but that doesn't make me a policeman. Although I'm sure some of the Wikinoids here will now conclude that my knowledge of the TPA's ISP proves that I am one.

And I've been told that you won't be blocked for supporting another user, just before Chris Jones speaks up for NightCrawler and is blocked, because Chris Jones = NightCrawler = DW.

So you could call Wikipedia a paranoid text encyclopedia. Call it what you want, eh? I'm not coming back, so I won't be complaining about it.
