I have rephrased the portion about the street being the second worst street in the country. As originally worded it suggested that buses still used the street until the 2003 repaving. The reality waas that they ceased to use Cornmarket in 1999. The vote was no doubt influenced by the false start made in repaving the road in c.2001.
