Rachel Dratch (born 22 February 1966; age 58) is an actress and comedian who voiced Dolorex in the Star Trek: Lower Decks fourth season episode "Empathological Fallacies".

Dratch is best known for her stint as regular cast member on Saturday Night Live from 1999 through 2006, where she played, among others, the memorable character "Debbie Downer". Dwayne Johnson, Kirsten Dunst, and Winona Ryder were among the celebrity guest hosts during this period.

She also appeared in films such as The Hebrew Hammer (2003, with Richard Riehle and Andy Dick), Down with Love (2003, with Warren Munson, Michael Ensign, Jeri Ryan, and Jude Ciccolella), Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star (2003), Click (2006), I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry (2007, with Matt Winston), Spring Breakdown (2009, with Missi Pyle, Jack McBrayer, and Maury Sterling), and My Life in Ruins (2009).

Her television guest appearances include episodes of Third Watch, The King of Queens (starring Patton Oswalt), Monk (2004, starring Ted Levine, with Larry A.
