Jonathan Watton (born 16 October) is an actor who played a Federation officer in the Star Trek: Short Treks episode "The Escape Artist".

He is probably best known for his recurring role as Matthew Calhoun in twelve episodes of The Handmaid's Tale between 2019 and 2022, alongside Bahia Watson, Jordana Blake, Joel Lacoursiere, Victoria Goodman, Samer Salem, Cait Alexander, Saad Siddiqui, Vanessa Burns, Helene Robbie, Emmanuel John, Fode Bangoura, Daryl Patchett, Adam Maros, and Jodi Jahnke.

From 2011 to 2013, Watton played the recurring role of Dr. Darcy Garland in Murdoch Mysteries, with Sheila McCarthy, Emily Coutts, Noah Davis, and Pamela Mars. In 2021, he had a recurring role in Strays, starring Tony Nappo.
