Heidi Swedberg (born 3 March 1966; age 58) is an actress from Honolulu, Hawaii who played Rekelen in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine second season episode "Profit and Loss".

She is best known for her recurring role as unfortunate NBC executive Susan Biddle Ross on Seinfeld from 1992 until 1996, with a one-off appearance in the 1997 episode "The Betrayal". Her character was engaged to George Costanza, played by Star Trek: Voyager guest actor Jason Alexander.

Swedberg has also appeared in episodes of Quantum Leap (starring Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell), Brooklyn Bridge (with her Deep Space Nine co-star Armin Shimerman), Murder, She Wrote (with William Windom), and Roswell (with William Sadler). She also co-starred with Alexander Rozhenko actor Brian Bonsall in Father and Scout (1994).

She made her feature film debut in In Country (1989, co-starring Star Trek: Enterprise guest actor Jim Beaver). Her other film credits since then include Hot Shots! (1991), Up Close & Personal (1996, with Noble Willingham, Raymond Cruz, Bruce Gray, and Jack Shearer), Breast Men (1997, with Louise Fletcher, Matt Frewer, Terry O'Quinn, Michael Cavanaugh, Frank Novak, and Raphael Sbarge), Galaxy Quest (1999, starring Alan Rickman, featuring Robin Sachs, Rainn Wilson, Missi Pyle and Matt Winston), and Dragonfly (2002, starring Joe Morton and Kathy Bates, with Susanna Thompson, Casey Biggs, William Dennis Hunt, Samantha Smith and Gillian Vigman).
