D.C. Douglas (born 2 February 1966; age 58) is the actor who played Zepht in the Star Trek: Enterprise second season episode "The Breach". He also provided additional voice-overs for the 2013 Star Trek video-game tie-in to Star Trek and Star Trek Into Darkness.

Douglas is heavily involved in the direction and production of high-budget short films. He has also acted in many shorts, both his own and those of others.

Douglas has appeared in guest parts on numerous television programs. These included extended roles on The Young and the Restless, The Bold and the Beautiful and Boston Common. Among his other guest credits are appearances on Melrose Place, Silk Stalkings, ER, Charmed, JAG, NYPD Blue and Las Vegas.

Douglas is best known for his voice work, providing the voices of Albert Wesker in Resident Evil 5 and Legion in the Mass Effect series of video games. He also provided his vocal talents for the Buffy the Vampire Slayer video game, and appeared in a 2004 FedEx Super Bowl commercial. He also voiced characters in Star Wars: The Old Republic with other Trek veterans, guest actors and regular guest actors.
