Flash Sweat is a Pyromancy in Dark Souls.

General information[]
Flash Sweat covers the player in sweat, reducing incoming fire attack power by 45%. Flash Sweat cannot be used in conjunction with other personal buffs such as Replenishment, Iron Flesh, or Transient Curse. Flash Sweat reduces lava damage somewhat, but not enough for the player to freely traverse areas of Lost Izalith without the Orange Charred Ring.

Flash Sweat is a good counter to heavy pyromancy users, reducing damage somewhat.
With Flash Sweat, high health, judicious use of healing through items and miracles, and fast movement speed, it's possible to run through the initial lava-filled area of the Demon Ruins without having to kill Ceaseless Discharge.
