本圖是中英對照，黑紅兩色套印，表示清朝光緒年間全國郵政狀況的專題地圖。標有省會、府、州、縣等行政單位，亦劃分了郵政地區，標示快信郵路及電報局分布。各類要素的表示均以符號化。
