the main subject is a newspapper, the photo in the journal is very sharp to be De minimis, anothers newspappers are shown Ezarateesteban 11:05, 30 July 2013 (UTC)
- Problem might be solved by blurring (or similar) of the photo in the newspaper. --Túrelio (talk) 11:08, 30 July 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks Turelio, I'll try to do anything with it Ezarateesteban 11:14, 30 July 2013 (UTC)
- Keep Clear example of de minimis imho. BrightRaven (talk) 11:35, 30 July 2013 (UTC)
- Keep main object is the woman, all other is de minimis. Its forbidden to crop out the journal. --Ralf Roleček 14:08, 30 July 2013 (UTC)
- Question While I think there are no copyright concerns here due to de minimis, I'm more concerned with COM:SCOPE and COM:IDENT. darkweasel94 20:15, 30 July 2013 (UTC)
- Keep - I concur, the paper itself is de minimis, as the exact newspaper being read is irrelevant to the picture. -mattbuck (Talk) 21:27, 1 August 2013 (UTC)
- Delete I would say that de minimis applies here, but the issue may be the need of a specific consent requirement, lacking here. See Commons:Country_specific_consent_requirements#France. --Myrabella (talk) 10:10, 7 August 2013 (UTC)
- Delete as for Myrabella. No implicite consens visible. -- Smial (talk) 11:23, 7 August 2013 (UTC)
