Comment Note that the user was blocked for multiple copyright violations, though not necessarily for this particular video. If I remember correctly, the YouTube account was a mix of rail and motorcycle footage, along with uploads from TV shows and "reaction" videos. It would make sense that the user was blocked for the last two categories, even if the rail and motorcycle videos were original. However, I wouldn't have a problem with deleting this image, since the quality isn't great and Cfktj1596 has uploaded a better photograph of this rail vehicle. Delete: As per the nominator, the original YouTube clip has been removed due to copyright infringement, and the user's account has been closed for the same reason. If there is doubt over whether the original uploader was actually the copyright owner, it's not acceptable to continue hosting this image under a free license on Commons. The following images from the same YouTube account should also be deleted, as they have also been removed from YouTube for the same reason. --DAJF (talk) 05:49, 6 February 2018 (UTC)

- Delete The Odakyu Romance Car GSE video was from here (uploaded 5 days before イケメン仮面ライダー君's video). I can't find the Sagami Railway video but there's too much doubt about the YouTube user's reliability so delete all. Ytoyoda (talk) 15:20, 6 February 2018 (UTC)
