Probable copyright violation. The uploader of this image has been demonstrated on English Wikipedia to have violated copyright with many articles and is now subject to a "contributor copyright investigation", en:Wikipedia:Contributor copyright investigations/Conk 9. An investigator of his images has isolated by meta data images that are likely to have been legitimately taken by him. This is not among them. Copying over from the talk page of that investigation a fuller rationale:

I have performed an analysis of the EXIF data for the remaining images. So far, it appears that the images from the Canon PowerShot SD450 and the Canon PowerShot 200 are possibly legitimate. First, all of these images all are of similar quality--that of a snapshot camera used by an amateur photographer. This makes sense, since these types of cameras are generally not used by professionals. Note that a number of the now-deleted images were of professional quality. Second, the timeline of these images are generally contemporaneous and record images in the same areas. The S200 images were taken in the Pittsburgh region from 2003-2007. The SD450 images were taken in Virginia from 2009-2010. (Note that there are some exceptions, like en:File:Verradomainstreetlofts.JPG, an SD450 from Virginia taken in 2006.) In conclusion, it appears that Conk 9 has uploaded some legitimate images interspersed within the many copyvios.--GrapedApe (talk) 02:20, 7 September 2010 (UTC)

 Keep GrapedApe transfered this file to Commons exactly because he/she cleared the copyright status of this picture -- this file has been originally uploaded by User:HoboJones, user in a good standing, and Conk 9 only cropped this picture. Trycatch (talk) 14:49, 12 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
