There is freedom of panorama in Canada for 3-dimensional art, but not for text. The photo violates plaque author's copyright. Copyright holder seems to be government of Canada. That case copyright lasts 50 years from creation and the photo can be restored after copyright expiring in 2025. Taivo (talk) 09:44, 29 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
